There’s been a number of news items since the last post, so let’s go ahead and get them out shotgun-style!

New Dragon Age RPG Developer

Green Ronin has just announced that Will Hindmarch is the new Developer for the Dragon Age RPG! From their post:

Will Hindmarch is our new Dragon Age Developer. He has been working professionally in the game industry for the last decade. Will is an experienced developer, having run both White Wolf’sVampire: The Requiem line and Atlas Games’ Feng Shui line. He contributed to our Family Games: The 100 Best book and has done freelance work for companies such as Wizards of the Coast, Pelgrane Press, and Turbine. His first task will be helping us getDragon Age Set 3 finished, approved, and released.

Kobold Quarterly #19

Kobold Quarterly has completely embraced the AGE System and now seems to be publishing regular content for the game. This is fantastic news, as more people will be exposed to the game through their great magazine. In this issue, the kobolds bring us 10 new Backgrounds for the Midgard campaign setting, currently in development from Open Design. Adventure for Eternal Shadows

Byron Molix has released an adventure in support of his Horror AGE game, Eternal Shadows. From his post:

Home Sweet Home is an adventure for use with Eternal Shadows. Inspired by the Southern Gothic literature genre, with a dash of modern drama by way of True Blood, Home Sweet Home is a classic horror, convention style scenario for 3 to 5 players using low level characters.

Felicia Day’s Dragon Age: Redemption Now Streaming

The webseries Dragon Age: Redemption (first reported about back in February), starring Felicia Day, has now been launched! Dragon Age: Redemption is an original story created by Felicia Day set in the world of Dragon Age centered on her character Tallis, an elf rogue. See this special message from Felicia telling you all about it.

You can catch Episode 1 and Episode 2 on YouTube as of this writing. Future episodes will be uploaded regularly to the show’s channel. You can also learn more about the Tallis-themed DLC for Dragon Age II, Mark of the Assassin, here.
